After releasing 3 chart-topping full length albums over a span of 6 months this fall/winter, it was only natural for iconoclastic Norwegian multi-genre producer Savant to take his large body of new music on the road. Following a string of global dates throughout April and May, including stops in Israel, France, Spain, and his home country Norway, the bass mastermind will be returning to North America for performances on both coasts, as well as throughout the midwest. Shows have been announced inPhiladelphia, Chicago, Portland, Detroit, Denver, and LA, among others, with more news yet to come (full list of announced dates below).
Savant's space rock opera Protos, which was released last August, reached #25 on the extremely competitive iTunes Pop chart, and was followed shortly by December's meditation on the Middle EastZion, which reached #2 on iTunes Dance, as well as cracking Billboard's Heatseekers andDance charts. 6 weeks later, January's themeless LP Invasion was released for free solely viaBandcamp, where it reached #1 on the Overall chart in under an hour.
One never knows what to expect during Savant's live shows, which are flourished by an array of costumes and theatrics as wild and unpredictable as the diverse catalogue of music they complement.Having been called "the change EDM needs" by Deadmau5 on Twitter, Savant is undoubtedly an artist to watch in 2015, and this tour is sure to be one for the books.

ABOUT SAVANT
Multi-instrumentalist singer, songwriter, performer, and producer Savant has established a status as dance-music culture’s most unpredictable, impossible-to-pigeonhole icon. That status has remained constant throughout Savant’s madly prolific career, spanning numerous singles, remixes, nominations for Norwegian Grammys, and 11 (!) full-length albums in just a few short years. During grade school he was diagnosed with a series of mental conditions - primarily Aspergers Syndrome, but with some autism and ADHD sprinkled in there. Vinter’s treatment revealed a silver lining: he also had a condition known as “savant syndrome," which allowed for a remarkable focus and aptitude in a particular talent – in Vinter’s case, music. “They told me as long as I kept doing music, I would succeed,” he says.
